Mac Address Book to Outlook via Yahoo Address
Import a vcf file containing multiple contacts into Outlook 2003 in five steps for free.
1) Export all of your contact from Apple Address Book to a single Vcard. You can name it vcards.vcf.
2) Open address.yahoo.com you will need to have a yahoo account [they are free to open]
3) Select import contacts.

This is a great Talk of the Nation Editorial on the Sanjaya factor on this seasons American Idol. My wife Julie loves to watch this show and she keeps asking why is Sanjaya still on.
