Mac Address Book to Outlook via Yahoo Address

Import a vcf file containing multiple contacts into Outlook 2003 in five steps for free. 1) Export all of your contact from Apple Address Book to a single Vcard. You can name it vcards.vcf.

2) Open address.yahoo.com you will need to have a yahoo account [they are free to open]

3) Select import contacts.

4) This opens a dialogue page where you can browse your local computer for the vcards.vcf file you just exported from Apple Address Book. This will upload your contacts to address.yahoo

5) Now you can use Yahoo’s export feature to export all the contacts to Outlook. This move downloads a file called yahoo_ad.csv to your desktop. Use this file to import the contacts into outlook.
