I have a web cam that I rarely use

I have a web cam, iChat, and Skype with no one to talk to. My cousins Matt, Chris, and Mark use iChat and I connect with them every once in awhile on iChat and we talk about the Mac and family stuff. But what about the PC people that I know and love? I have tried to connect with people using Skype which is cross platform and I set my mom up on her computer. But her pc is so slow. My sister got a new laptop with a web cam built in a la Macbook iSight but I am pretty sure she has no clue how to use it. Come on PC people get with the programme and get online with the web cams so I can talk with you.
